TIPS FOR MEASURING YOUR BODY
- Don’t try to measure yourself alone. The correct position is with your arms relaxed at both sides of your body.
- Waist measurement. Use the tape measure to find the narrowest position around your waist. Then loosen the tape measure slightly, so that it easily moves a little bit up and down, and then read the measurement.
- Chest measurement. Use the tape measure to find the widest position around your chest and proceed in the same way as above.
- Hips measurement. Use the tape measure to find the widest position around your hips and proceed in the same way.
